The PXIe-1086 integrates hot-swappable redundant AC power supplies and hot-swappable front-mounted redundant cooling fans. These high-availability features increase the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the PXI system and reduce the mean time to repair (MTTR). The PXIe-1086 monitors power health/voltage, intake temperature, and fan health/speed; providing fault feedback through status LEDs located on the chassis. This chassis is ideal for test, measurement, and control applications requiring extremely long system uptime.
