The NI-9467 provides precise time synchronization for CompactRIO systems. After self-test, it returns a fixed global position (this module is not suitable for mobile applications). System design engineers can use this module for precise data time stamping, system clock setting, gated data acquisition based on PPS arrival, and global waveform acquisition data using FPGA synchronization. Test engineers can use this module in large distributed applications such as bridge and large building structural health monitoring systems, power grid phasor measurement units (PMUs), wind farm monitoring systems, and power quality analysis systems. The NI-9467 is only compatible with CompactRIO systems.
